Private events such as this shoot, on a frosty January day almost at the end of the season, are captured forever in a short video. It was a special day of sport, friendship and laughter and provided real insight into how private shoots work, to sustain both the environment and wildlife. Gun dogs and brilliant 2011 sunshine featured. This was a special day providing a heady mix of gun dogs, sport, good food and wonderful company. Soughton Pheasant Shoot, a friendly sporting event.

We really enjoyed our two days at Ludlow, filming the most amazing food and meeting lots of great people who are truly passionate about food and keeping down our food miles. Even though it rained on the Friday, no spirits were dampened in the making of this video!

About 100 exhibitors attended the Wirral Food and Drink Festival and there were thousands of visitors over the two days. There was a brilliant atmosphere and the standard of exhibitors was very high. Best of all there were lots of opportunities to sample the produce.

This little instructional video will come in useful. The recipe is from Delia Smith, but we know that the thickness of the mixture can be a worry halfway through.

We advised the client on positioning the video on the site, assisted in setting up the monitoring of views and tied the whole thing into a wider marketing plan.
